details forced mass vaccination plans from September 28th. (Similar documents believed to be circulating in all WHO

An
internal French government document that outlines detailed plans and orders for
the force vaccination of the French population using secure “vaccine”

The objective of the 19-page document is the systematic
vaccination of the entire French
population in the period October, November, December 2009 and January 2010.
Secure facilities are to be established in every region that will serve as
“vaccination centers”. GPs and hospitals to be excluded. On page 3 the order is
explicitly given that no medical establishments should serve as vaccine centers.
GPs are
to play no role in the vaccination programme.
School
age children are to be
vaccinated by special mobile pandemic vaccination teams in their schools.
The
largest vaccination facilities – with added security - are calculated to vaccinate 2,100 people each
day.
Vaccine
“teams” are to work in parallel vaccinating people in three 4-hour blocs each
day, and the document calculates that two teams operating in this way will
allow 184,800 injections to be given to 92,400 people in a center working five
days a week for the entire four month period of the mass vaccination campaign.
No explicit mention of forced vaccination is made but the document states that everyone in the country
without exception is to be vaccinated.
Data
from the health insurance bodies are to be used to ensure that everyone
receives the toxic "swine flu" jab.
The need to implement measures to track every single person in France to
determine whether they have been vaccinated or not is stressed.
Provisions to protect vaccine supplies are included. Emphasis is given to the
need to store the vaccines at temperatures between 2 and 8 degrees.
Babies from six
months are to be given
the vaccines, which contain ingredients such as the adjuvant squalene and also in a dose more than 60,000 times higher than
the amount of squalene that caused the Gulf War Syndrome in US and UK
soldiers. The use of squalene is illegal in the USA
and UK but is expected to be allowed there too under an emergency pandemic decree.
The
French government has bought 94 million doses of “swine flu”
vaccine from Baxter, GSK, Novartis and Sanofi to carry out the forced
vaccination programme. The GSK and Novartis vaccines are classified as
bioweapons by US and EU regulators and contain the dangerous squalene.
Squalene
is a natural chemical. Your
body needs it to function properly; your body even produces it. It's commonly
purchased in health food stores as shark oil. That, of course, is how it's
justified. However, a detail that's ignored is the crucial point. Ingesting
squalene by eating it does not compare with bypassing the alimentary tract and
injecting it directly into your tissues. Take, for example, stomach acid. It's
very strong hydrochloric acid, and we can't live without it. But you wouldn't
want anyone to inject it into your arm, would you?
Squalene enhances
the immune system. It's thought that adding it to vaccines will help boost
their effectiveness. At first glance, it sounds good and even seems to make
sense. However, squalene has a history.
It's
been tested to see what happens when injected into animals. The results are,
quite frankly, ugly. In many tests, mice, rats, rabbits, and guinea
pigs have been injected with squalene. It has caused pathogenic cells in lymph nodes, and rheumatoid arthritis, lupus
erythematosus, and other autoimmune diseases.Gulf War Syndrome has devastated the lives of many victims. Though not
definitive, since depleted uranium has also been implicated, the experience of
the affected soldiers led them to believe that it was the result of anthrax vaccinations.
Health problems they've suffered have included lymphadenopathy, rheumatoid
arthritis, nervous system injuries, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, malar rashes
(typically seen in lupus), skin lesions that don't heal, memory loss, seizures,
Sjögren's syndrome, Raynaud's disease, chronic headaches, multiple sclerosis,
and other conditions.
Current Status of Squalene
Squalene is
approved for use in the European Union, and is now included in the Novartis
adjuvant called MF59. This adjuvant is used in the EU-approved influenza
vaccine. The FDA has approved fast tracking for development of influenza
vaccines. Pharmaceutical corporations Sinovac, Baxter, and Novartis have all
announced their plans to have their vaccines available by this autumn. All of
them will use an adjuvant. Novartis, which manufactures squalene-based MF59, recently
announced that it's weeks ahead of schedule.
In
this article Ab Osterhaus (virologist) 2006 tells us that when a pandemic comes
they will not be able to produce enough vaccines, because the vaccines are
cultivated on chicken eggs and or by machines, and these are not able to
produce much more overnight, and as a result of that only 7% of the world
population can be vaccinated.
This
is a big problem. To solve this problem (partly) they can use as aluminium as
an additive. The immune system reacts to the aluminium and sounds the alarm so
less of the virus itself has to be in the vaccine therefore there can be more
vaccines made available - End of quote.

In stead ofAluminium they could ofcourse, because of the panic set on fire in
the world over this flu, put the new patented Adjuvan-system AS03 (Squalen) with Vitamine E and
polysorbat, in the H1N1 (Swine flu) vaccinations.
This could probably explain the whole panicking
regarding the swine flu at the moment, which is not only about making money on
vaccines but that there is a new not well tested immune enhancer that has to be
put in on a large scale to be “tested”.
Baxter was found deliberately
contaminating vaccine material with the live bird flu virus in Austria this
February in order to start a global pandemic. WHO supplied the live bird flu
virus, according to Baxter’s own spokesperson.
Baxter,
Novartis and GSK executives sit on a key vaccine advisory board of WHO which recommended forced mass vaccinations in
July, which are expected to bring in profits as high as 50 billion USD for
vaccine companies.
Following WHO’s declaration of a pandemic level 6 emergency on June 11th, the
world has moved under military law under WHO’s International Health Regulations 2005 incorporated in member state’s
pandemic plans.
WHO, the UN, Baxter and other pharmaceutical companies are all linked with the Rockefeller and Rothschild and other family dynasties, who stand to make political and financial gains
from the global forced vaccination programme under WHO. WHO memos dating from 1972, discovered by
Patrick Jordan, explain how to use vaccines to kill people by weakening their
immune system, loading their bodies with viruses and creating a massive
inflammatory reaction.
The August 21st document issued by the French government appears to be a chilling plan to initiate the mass murder of the French population by means of toxic vaccines under the cover of offering protection against a pandemic in just four
weeks time. Similar documents are believed to be circulating in all 194 member
states of the WHO.
It is addressed to high ranking government officials who are ordered to prepare to supervise and coordinate the implementation of the forced vaccination programme in their regions, and to submit appropriate plans by the middle of September.

The general public is only to be "informed" at the end of September of the plans by means of communications to the local press.
The establishment of large-scale vaccine centers in "secure"
facilities is a chilling
echo of the Nazi concentration camps such as Buchenwald where inmates were killed by
injections.
The French plan lists in detail the duties the “vaccination” teams are to
perform, the layout of the vaccination centers, the location of the furniture,
such as tables, and the number of vaccinations to be carried out in specific
time frames by centers of various sizes.
The number of people prescribed to be vaccinated in four-hour sessions by a
typical “vaccine team” is 360.
A typical vaccination “post” is to consist of “three agents”, one "agent" responsible for "preparing"
the vaccines, one for administering them and one for tracking
people who have been vaccinated. A Table on page 11-12 lists the team's
different responsibilities. Personnel are to be assigned to “welcome” people and to issuing
questionnaires. However, no personnel are to be assigned to collecting or
checking the questionnaires, sparking fears that the issuing of the
questionnaires is just a control measure and a subterfuge to reassure people.
There is no mechanism envisaged for abandoning the mass vaccination campaign if evidence emerges that the vaccination campaign is causing injury or death as happened in the USA in 1976 in spite of fears that the “swine flu”
vaccine is unsafe und untested.
Medical experiments using physical coercion on people are illegal under
domestic and international law.
The document refers to laws Article L3131-8 and Article L3131-9 that allow
prefects and the Prime Minister to issue decrees to compel medical personnel,
including medical students and medical army personnel, to administer vaccines or face
penalties.
“The plaques are Starting to Fall”

the plagues that are starting to fall on the earth. It is a time of reality.
The horses of the Apocalypse are starting to run.
The Blood of Jesus
The
Blood of Jesus is the complete antidote against death and hell, where the Blood of Jesus
Christ is released, the destroyer, death and hell is made impotent. His grip,
his stronghold, his rule, is made impotent over our lives. We need to turn back
in faith, and start to use the Blood of Jesus, as a weapon, to see our prayer,
our intercession, our renouncing, answered. The more with a heart of repentance and
a revelation of the Blood of Jesus as we use these together, then we will see
healing released, restoration, breakthrough. Deliverance in our lives.
2 Corinthians 7:10, For
the sorrow that is according to the will of God produces a repentance without
regret, leading to salvation, but the sorrow of the world produces death.
“For
Godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation.” Our whole lives, even from
conception, our very foundations need to be cleansed in the Blood of Jesus, our
identity needs to be cleansed with the Blood of Jesus, appropriate the Blood of
Jesus to redeem any wounded identity that you or your family might have.
Revelation 7:12, 14 12saying,
"Amen, blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honour
and power and might, be to our God forever and ever Amen." I said
to him, "My lord, you know." And he said to me, "These are the
ones who come out of the great tribulation, and they have washed their robes
and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. Verse
12 “saying, amen!” Blessings and glory and wisdom, thanksgiving and honour and
power and might, be to our God forever and ever, Amen.
Verse 14 “They, us have washed our robes, identities,
abuse, and made them white, spotless, in the Blood of the Lamb. “Without spot
and blemish”. The perfect Lamb of God, His body was almost completely drained
of His Blood as He cut covenant with us,
Titus 2: 13;14 looking for the blessed hope and the appearing of the
glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus, who gave Himself for us to
redeem us from every lawless deed, and to purify for Himself a people for His
own possession, zealous for good deeds.
Hebrews 9:14, 22 how much more will the blood of Christ, who through
the eternal Spirit offered Himself without blemish to God, cleanse your
conscience from dead works to serve the living God? And according to the Law,
one may almost say, all things are cleansed with blood, and without shedding of
blood there is no forgiveness.
Jesus
Christ, has redeemed back our lost identity, integrity, He has redeemed
back all our lost possession He poured out His blood on Calvary .
We
now, have been born of incorruptible seed, it flows through our veins. And
Father in Jesus Name, I come to the Blood of Jesus to have my whole identity
completely cleansed and washed out of all brokenness abuse and grief,
fatherlessness, motherlessness, and my robes of broken identity,
worthlessness, need to be completely released, into your image, the complete
work of Calvary.
And
Father, I accept, in Jesus Name the covenant that was cut for me by the Blood
of Jesus the Christ my pass-over Lamb.
Exodus 12:13 13'The
blood shall be a sign for you on the houses where you live; and when I see the
blood I will pass over you, and no plague will befall you to destroy you when I
strike the land of Egypt .
“And when I see the Blood” – “I will Passover you.”

the LORD will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when He sees the blood
on the lintel and on the two doorposts, the LORD will pass over the door and
will not allow the destroyer to come in to your houses to smite you.

family, marriages, our sons and daughters.
This
is the powerful reality of the power of the Blood of Jesus to reverse the curse
of death and hell.
Spiritual cause of fear
The
book of Revelation makes very clear, about a great conflict between the animal
beast of Antichrist, and the Lamb of God.
The
Lamb of God has made blood covenant for us, Jesus God’s own Lamb “He provided”.
He poured out His Blood, He was taken away to the slaughter, “to
take away our sin’s and our iniquities. The sin’s of the father’s. The
wages of sin is death.
He
was slain as an offer, one and for all, to become our penalty our exchange –
His Life, for our life. His Blood poured out, so that we do not have to be
poured out as an offer.
Revelation 19:13 He is clothed with a robe dipped in blood,
and His name is called The Word of God.
He
was clothed, with a robe dipped in Blood – So that our spiritual robes can be
cleansed. “Wash me white as snow.”
“He is the Lamb of the Blood covenant of our God”
Job 31:33-34 "Have I covered my transgressions like
Adam, by hiding my iniquity in my bosom, 34 Because I
feared the great multitude and the contempt of families terrified me, and kept
silent and did not go out of doors?
When
Blood covenant is broken with the Lamb, than we come under the dominion of the
beast.
We
may not ourselves have broken the covenant with the Lamb – but often it is the
generations before us. In Freemasonry, a covenant ring worn by the Mason’s, is
a binding agreement that can begin this process.
Our
soul can become like a divided kingdom, because of false God’s in the family, line.
Created
in His image, the enemies plan is to destroy God’s image in us, to make us in
his image, the Beast, to worship the image of the Beast.
A
person locked into this, also bound by Freemasonry, can become very autistic
and lock into their own world, caves. The image of the Beast wants to distort
us, to make us more and more autistic, more paralysed, so that we are robbed of
God’s life.
Fear of the Beast, occult fear, can cause chronic fatigue,
religious paranoia, fear of losing salvation, night sweats. We are bound by a
family fear. We need to pray.
PRAYERSTRATEGY
Father in Jesus Name, where there has been terror, fear, insanity, breakdown, identity less, and exile, I now choose to take account for it, as your word says. “The wages of sin is death. But the free gift of God is eternal life.
In Jesus Name, I declare, that I, and my house will not
be bound to the family tree of rejection and exile.
We renounce all works of rejection; I break the chains of the generations of rejection; I choose by my will, to
cast off all the works of rejection, fear, exile, self-hatred.
We renounce These will be totally broken in Jesus Name, I break the curse of exile, being driven from the face of
God the Father in Jesus Name.
The
foundation of rejection being illegitimate, can leave a very huge mindset off
“I am not wanted anywhere.”
Father in the Name of Jesus, I renounce any curse and any stigma of
illegitimacy that is over my life, and my family, in Jesus Name. It seems to have followed us all the days of
our lives. This curse will stop in Jesus Name; it will not go down the family
line any longer.
The deep sense
of depression that comes from rejection and exile, illegitimacy.
In the power of Jesus Name, we break the chain’s, of abandonment and
fear of continual rejection, and being abandoned again, in Jesus Name.
We renounce and break the curse of exile from God himself; where I,
and my family, feel, that God does not listen to us, or does not answer prayer,
we feel locked out from Him and un-bonded.
We
take the powerful Blood of Jesus to cleanse us, and the very foundations of our
lives, even our conception, Lord cleanse totally out of our heart’s, mind’s all
illegitimacy, exile, rejection, abandonment and autism. To be able to come
totally into covenant with the Father, and to know the reality of “Abba,
Father”.
