Hear Us, o Lord, For Belgium!

“Hear Us, Shepherd of Israel”

“For Belgium”

2 Kings 19:19
So now, O LORD our God. Save us, please, from his hand, that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that you, O LORD, are God alone.

“Belgians Royal Transition”

                                            2013's Fourth Abdication

Honestly, my first thought was the not particularly reverent, "This is getting ridiculous." King Albert II of the Belgians, 79, in an address to the nation has announced his intention to abdicate on 21 July in favour of his son and heir Prince Philippe Filip Duke of Brabant, 53. I can remember learning (without the internet) of King Baudouin's death and his brother's accession twenty years ago as a 15-year-old music camper at Point Counter Point in Vermont, making Belgium the first European monarchy to go through two royal transitions within my politically conscious lifetime – read more in the link below.

“The Year of Thrones”

This is becoming quite a
year for voluntary monarchical transitions. Is the British monarchy becoming the only one left where the throne is seen as an office to be held for life? To be fair, modern longer life expectancies have created a somewhat new situation. Monarchs in previous centuries often didn't live to be 80; today's probably all will, and beyond.

As sovereign of a seemingly perpetually divided country (it is sometimes said that the royal family are the only Belgians; others are either Flemings or Walloons), Albert II has had a uniquely challenging role as constitutional monarch over the past two decades, making his decision understandable –
 Quote from Theodore Harvey.

Philippe returned to the subject in his address to parliament, saying Belgium's richness lay in its diversity.

"One King, Two Nations"

“You have led us out of Bondage”

To the chief Musician upon Shoshannim Eduth, A Psalm of Asaph Give ear, O Shepherd of Israel, thou that leadest Joseph like a flock; thou that dwelled between the Cherubim’s Shine forth.

Before Ephraim and Benjamin and Manasseh Stir up thy strength, and         come and save us.

‘’Come and Save us”

Turn us again, O God,
and cause Thy face to Shine,
and we shall be saved.
O LORD God of Hosts,
How long wilt thou be angry against the Prayer of thy people?

Thou feeds them with the bread of tears;
and gives’ them tears to drink in great measure.
Thou makes us a strife unto our neighbours:
and our enemies laugh among themselves.
Our enemies laugh amongst us we are ridiculed!

Turn us again, O God of hosts,
and cause thy Face to Shine;
and we shall be saved.
Thou hast brought a vine out of Egypt:
thou hast cast out the heathen, and planted it.
Thou Prepares room before it,
And didst cause it to take deep root, and it filled the land.

Turn us as a Nation Lord o God of Host “Restore our Identity”
The hills were covered with the shadow of it,
and the boughs thereof were like the goodly cedar.

Divided Belgium ushers in a new king as Albert II abdicates in favour of son Phillipe.

“The new king of Belgium”

After 20 years at the helm of the linguistically-split country at the heart of Europe, Albert, 79, signed the official act of abdication in a solemn ceremony held in the royal palace's grand chandelier-laden throne room. 53-year-old Philippe is to be sworn in as sovereign at noon before parliament, after his father said he was stepping down due to old age and poor health. In his last speech to the nation, Albert once more urged the country's leaders.

"To work Tirelessly in favour of Belgium's Cohesion"

His voice breaking with emotion he turned to his wife of 54 years, Queen Paola to say: "As for the queen who constantly supported me in my task I would simply like to tell her “thank you.”

More than ever we need our hope and confidence in the European Project.
The Europe we want creates growth and solidarity. We are proud that our capital city is also the capital of Europe and that Belgian Ministers increasingly stands at the Centre of this great project. During my shipments to foreign countries, I have been able to determine how much the assets of Belgium, the talents and the strengths that we own, are worldwide appreciated.

Ladies and gentleman, it is in this spirit that I will be working during my Kingship. I will uphold all this qualities in Belgium and abroad. Let us give our country together new enthusiasm.

Long live Belgium!  Vive la Belgique!  Es lebe Belgien!

“Swearing of his Majesty”

Hezekiah's Prayer
Of a truth, LORD, the kings of Assyria have destroyed the nations and their lands. And have cast their gods into the fire: for they were no gods, but the work of men's hands, wood and stone: therefore they have destroyed them.

Now therefore, O LORD our God, I beseech you, save you us out of his hand, that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that you are the LORD God, even you only.

That all the Kingdoms of The Earth may know You are The Lord God, only You.

Albert in the Holy Land

“A King Seeking The Lord God”

In 1933, to mark the 1900th anniversary of the Redemption, King Albert I and Queen Elisabeth went on pilgrimage to the Holy Land. With his usual piety and simplicity, the King was seen praying at all the sanctuaries; with his usual thoughtfulness, meditating upon the Gospel in solitude.

A beautiful photograph taken by the Queen, and published in Le Roi Albert et les missions (1936), shows the King standing on the shore of the Sea of Galilee, intently reading his New Testament. As pictured above, the royal couple also visited the Garden of Olives. The King of the Belgians, who would himself die tragically, only a year later, at the feet of a rustic crucifix in the Ardennes, contemplated the sacrifice of Christ where the King of Kings had prepared for His Passion.

Contemplated the sacrifice of Christ where the King of Kings had prepared for His Passion.

We Declare Father in Jesus Name That the Kings of this world will again contemplate the Sacrifice of the King of all Kings Jesus Christ.

Triumphant Exultation over Babel

Your pomp is brought down to the grave, and the noise of your viols: the worm is spread under you, and the worms cover you.

Isaiah 14:12
How are you fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How are you cut down to the ground, which did weaken the nations! For you have said in your heart, I will ascend into Heaven I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also on the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:

“Which did Weaken the Nations!”

Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad hands power to his 33-year-old son so “New Generation” can take over.

The ruler of mega-rich Arab state Qatar has handed power to his son in a rare bloodless transition of power. British-educated crown prince, Sheik Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, will take control of the hugely wealthy and influential Gulf state which has become one of Britain's biggest investors.
Foreign Secretary William Hague has welcomed news of new leader, taking to Twitter to say: “Historic day for Qatar as the new generation takes over.”

Princess Fawzia of Egypt - 1921-2013
HRH Princess Fawzia of Egypt, daughter of King Fuad I sister of King Farouk, aunt of King Fuad II  and first wife of Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi of Iran, died yesterday at the age of 91. She will be buried in Cairo. As Egypt undergoes yet more turmoil with the military ouster of President Morsi today, one more link to an era when Egyptians enjoyed relative stability and liberty is gone. Egypt and Iran are still paying the price for the ouster of her brother & nephew and husband respectively.

Revelation 11:15
And the Seventh Angel sounded; and there were great voices in Heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are Become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and He shall Reign for ever and ever

Psalm 2:2
The kings of the earth rise up and the rulers band together against the LORD and against His Anointed, saying,

Psalm 82:8
Rise up, O God Judge the earth, for all the nations are Your Inheritance.

“Prince George Alexander Louis”

Jul 24, 2013
July is like September. That is a revelation from 30+ years ago. It is mostly because July is our 7th month, while September (in Latin) means "seventh month." It also roughly encompasses the 7th month on the Hebrew Lunar calendar.

Part of this revelation includes the spiritual "type" of the feast of Tabernacles, which was supposed to be held in the 7th month from the 15th to the 22nd of the month. The "type" is July 15-22, while the "real" on the Hebrew calendar this year will be from September 19-26.

So we were watching July 15-22 to see what clues we might learn in regard to Tabernacles, particularly as it applies to the year 2013. July 15 was the third anniversary of the day that the BP oil well was capped in the Gulf of Mexico. This year the Iraqi stock exchange (ISX) linked successfully to the NASDAQ, marking the international debut of Iraq's banking facilities for the first time since UN sanctions were imposed in August 1990.

On July 21, the 7th day of Tabernacles (type), Belgium's King Albert abdicated in favour of his son, Philippe. The name Philip has prophetic ties to the feast of Tabernacles, because his name means "lover of horses." The horse is the symbol of Tabernacles, even as the donkey is the symbol of Pentecost.

Further, the two comings of Christ, described in Leviticus 14 by the two doves, are again pictured in Acts 8 and 9, where the two doves are Stephen and Philip. As with the doves, the first was killed, while the second was set free.

In this case, Philip was "caught away"harpazo - in Acts 8:39, this being the same word used in 1 Thess. 4:17. This verse describes the translation of the saints prophesied by the feast of Tabernacles. See my book, The Laws of the Second Coming. Hence, Belgium's 7th king, Philippe, comes to the throne on the 7th of

Acts 8:39
When they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord snatched Philip away; and the eunuch no longer saw him, but went on his way rejoicing.

1 Thessalonians 4:17
Then awe who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we shall always be with the Lord.

On the same day, JP Morgan had a serious fire in its commercial vault located deep in its underground basement.

It is too soon to say what actually happened here, but we should know in the weeks and months to come. Then on July 22, the equivalent of the 8th day of Tabernacles, the Duchess of Cambridge in England gave birth to a son, whom they have named George Alexander Louis.

George Alexander Louis has arrived! The royal baby finally has a name, as Kate Middleton and Prince William announced via statement from Kensington Palace on Wednesday. The announcement took 2 days to arrive, as the Duchess of Cambridge gave birth to her baby son on Monday.

The news was soon posted at Buckingham Palace. This son was presented to his father, William, on the 8th of Tabernacles. This is prophetically significant, because the 8th of Tabernacles is the day that the Sons of God will be presented to the Father.

Exodus 22:29-30
You shall not delay the offering from your harvest and your vintage. The firstborn of your sons you shall give to Me. You shall do the same with your oxen and with your sheep. It shall be with its mother seven days;  on the eighth day you shall give it to Me.

According to the law in Exodus 22:29,30  all first-born sons as well as the first-born of every ox and sheep had to be presented to God on the 8th day. And so the birth of baby George foreshadows the birth of the Sons of God.

The name, George, is from the Greek word Georges, which is translated "husbandman" in John 15:1 KJV and again in James 5:7 KJV.

John 15:1
I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman.

Hence, God calls Himself by the name of George, as He is the great Farmer who planted the "vineyard" of His Kingdom and expected it to bring forth fruit.

Isaiah 5:1-7
Let me sing now for my well-beloved A song of my beloved concerning His vineyard. My well-beloved had a vineyard on a fertile hill. For the vineyard of the Lord of hosts is the house of Israel And the men of Judah His delightful plant. Thus He looked for justice, but behold,  bloodshed; For righteousness, but behold, a cry of distress.

It appears, then, that in this prophetic type, the Sons of God carry the name of their Father, George. James 5:7 says that the Father has waited patiently for a long time to receive the fruits of the Kingdom.

James 5:7
Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waited for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.

Another detail is that baby George was not "presented" to the public until the day after his birth, July 23. William and Kate then walked out of the hospital into the street so the people could see the baby and photograph him. In this prophetic scenario, this would correlate with the manifestation of the Sons of God.

This may suggest that this manifestation could come the day after the end of the last great day of the feast. My view up to now has been that the presentation of the Sons of God must occur on the 8th day of Tabernacles, and I also assumed that these Sons would then also be manifested to the world on the same day. But perhaps the manifestation could occur the next day. Time will tell, of course.

At any rate, it is interesting that in September, our Feast of Tabernacles Conference will be begin the day after the 8th of Tabernacles. The 8th day is September 26, and the conference will begin Friday, September 27.

A friend in Scotland has also shared some thoughts with me about this event. Before the baby was named, he wrote this: July 22 has come and gone and there was no mention on the weblog of any event that corresponded with the time.   I have been watching since last December the progress of the pregnancy of the Duchess of Cambridge since as you know she entered hospital at that time due to extraordinary sickness related to the pregnancy.

This was at the same time as you were watching events in Australia connected with the red dragon and I mentioned in an email to you that the Duchess had gone into hospital.  The reason I thought it might be important is that her husband, Prince William is the son of Prince Charles, the Prince of Wales, whose standard is the Red Dragon of Wales. The Duchess recovered from the sickness but one of the nurses attending her committed suicide shortly thereafter due to events related to the time that the Duchess was in her care.  This struck me as a kind of second target that has occurred in the past.

In any event I was interested to know if the birth would take place on one of the watch dates in July and it has transpired that indeed it did, on July 22, corresponding to the octave of the Feast of Tabernacles.  Many of the headlines and comments in the media also referred to the "coming King" and the "future Monarch" since the child is the third in line to the throne after his father and grandfather.

There was much discussion about whether it would be a boy or a girl and we were sure that if it was indeed a type of the man-child it would be a boy or even a multiple birth since when the Duchess was sick it was mentioned that this sickness often accompanied multiple births.  Since the manifestation of the sons of God will be a "multiple birth" that was a significant observation.

There has been a lot of discussion also about the names that will be chosen and we thought that Alexander might be one of them since it is a Scottish royal name and it means Defender or Helper of Men.

One of the watchers at the hospital was an old man dressed to the nines in a Union Jack.  When there was some thunder and lightning on the day in question he said that this was a sign from Heaven that the birth was imminent. On the day the child was born the weather forecast for the next day was thunder, lightning and floods…with 50mm of rain.  I thought the 50mm was a nice touch.

After the baby's name was announced, he wrote again: Well, much to our surprise the names of the royal Prince have been revealed early.

They are George Alexander Louis.  Alexander was apparently the choice of the Duchess Catherine.

This is the first time this name has been used to my knowledge since the Union of Scotland and England.

In any event George is the patron saint of England and was a Roman centurion who was a Christian martyr under the Emperor Diocletian.  He is reputed to have slain the dragon(symbolically representing Satan) by his martyrdom and is often pictured destroying the dragon.  The name means earth worker or farmer which suggests to us one who restores the earth or a husbandman.

The third name, Louis or in German Ludwig, means famous warrior and was amongst others the name of the three Merovingian kings in its Celtic form of Clovis as well as the name of many French and German kings.

So the choice of names confirms our belief that this birth is a type of the birth of the man-child and given so many other indications lately we believe that that event is close at hand.  Of course that may still mean many years since our Father works on a different schedule that we do.

It appears that we are seeing a new "dragon slayer." This could be a sign of serious events yet to come.

God bless

Josie Hagen
